You will serve as a SENIOR OFFICE MANAGER in the RANGES TRGTS OPS INSTRMTN AND LABS GROUP, THREAT TARGET SYSTEMS DEPT, THREAT TARGET SYS RESOURCE & OPS OFC of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating and prioritizing tasks and monitoring all departmental administrative functions.
You will establish and maintain department archive and records.
You will schedule working groups, meetings and conferences.
You will act as a team builder, mentor and lead for the office mangers in the Department by providing instructional guidance and training.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Reviewing and composing all incoming and outgoing documents/correspondence; 2) Maintaining multiple calendars and de-conflicting calendars; 3) Communicating clearly and effectively both orally and in writing ensuring proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, format and effective presentation of information; 4) Creating travel arrangements in Defense Travel System for both foreign and domestic travel using the Joint Travel Regulations; 5) Exercising independent judgment in dealing with high-level leaders internal and external to the organization
