You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will direct and provide qualitative, analytical, and systems support and develop recommendations on courses of action related to development of the Marine Corps Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission.
You will direct, develop, and coordinate the quick defense of war-fighting capabilities and the programs which support those capabilities.
You will facilitate the development of implementation strategies for emergent concepts and capabilities from a programming perspective.
You will coordinate the reallocation of funds, request for additional funds, and other programming/budgeting actions as required.
You will direct, supervise, and conduct reviews and analysis of programs and their changes through all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.
You will direct and supervise the planning and development of procedures for the execution of the Fleet Marine Forces Readiness Program Evaluation Board to enable the identification, development, and prioritization of program objectives.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Preparing and submitting programming requirements, directing and providing analysis of budgetary and congressional action, and directing, supervising, and conducting reviews and analysis of programs.
