About the Position: Serves as the Reports & Systems Team Leader in the Business Operations and Development Division, Security Assistance Directorate, Joint Munitions Command (JMC).
Duties
Serves as the Reports and Systems Team Leader in the Business Operations and Development Division, Security Assistance Directorate, Joint Munitions Command (JMC)
Evaluates and reports on the performance of the JMC ammunition Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program and United States Security Assistance Command (USASAC) on the JMC ammunition unique Security Assistance (SA) program performance.
Performs comprehensive management studies, aimed at either improving existing automated systems or creating new automated systems.
Responsible for leading, developing, and improving methods for measuring Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) performance.
Improving security assistance systems and reporting capabilities and sustaining information technology capabilities.
Manage the Foreign Military Sales ammunition suspension notice program.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Workforce position. Selectees must meet the position requirements for certification at Advanced Level in Life Cycle Logistics within 48 months of entrance on duty.

Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as: identifying improvements to existing automated systems to enhance security assistance reporting capabilities; developing metric reports from automated systems to identify performance gaps; collaborating with other specialists on design projects to improve automated logistics systems The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
Education
