You will serve as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties

You will perform research to discover and analyze factors within the NAVSUP WSS organization which enhance the provision of services provided to mission partners. You will analyze factors which are barriers to organizational efficiency, including ineffective work processes and work flow across NAVSUP WSS. You will plan, organize and direct a consistent approach to the nurturing, positive sustainment and development of the human capital environment. You will develop and execute methods for gathering data through communication, observation, training/development workshops, etc. to glean information regarding cultural elements of the organization.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as: 1. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to propose solutions to workforce challenges impacting the organization. 2. Identifying training gaps and recommending appropriate training to remain current in the areas of expertise. 3. Analyzing factors which impact the efficiency, effectiveness of work methods, quality output and commitment to sustained excellence. 4. Evaluating employee complaints, workload, and performance.
