You will serve as a Branch Head in the Southern California Targets Branch of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, Washington (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA) in San Diego, CA.
Duties
You will support workforce shaping strategies considering existing and future work profiles, customers, and requirements ensuring sufficient technical skills and capacity for internally and externally assigned work.
You will sustain positive relationships with senior management, labor relations organizations, and the workforce.
You will perform Resource Manager functions including, but not limited to the implementation, approval, and revision of procedures, processes.
You will support command, department, and customer driven Quality Management Systems ensuring procedural compliance, and focused continuous improvement efforts.
You will be required to utilize knowledge in test, training and evaluation as it applies to US Navy and Allied anti-submarine warfare and undersea warfare.

- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading or overseeing management, planning, and execution of maintenance, supportability, and operations of anti-submarine warfare systems.
