You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST(EDUCATION) in the Total Force Manpower and Training Requirements Division (N13M) of PERS WASHINGTON.
Duties
You will develop and issue Navy-wide education policy.
You will perform multi-year planning and analysis for Voluntary Education and Enlisted Education, Credentialing and SkillBridge programs.
You will plan, conduct, and oversee special studies that impact Navy-wide Voluntary Education, Enlisted Education, Credentialing and Sailor Transition programs.
You will prepare briefings, documents and correspondence on matters related to Voluntary Education and Enlisted Education program.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting planning, programming and coordination of resources in the management of Voluntary Education and Enlisted Education and Credentialing programs; 2) Updating policy related to Voluntary education and Enlisted Education; 3) Coordinating studies and reviewing data that impact a programs performance and effectiveness; 4) Utlizing knowledge in a military's voluntary education or enlisted education program to meet the program's short-term and long-term goals.
