You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the NAVSUP WSS Operations Research and System Support Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will analyze and research Schedule Board recommendations, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) outputs, Financial Logistics Integrated Requirements Report (FLIRR) and levels output.
You will analyze and research sales quotes, Bill of Materials (BOMs), allowancing effects on the supply chain in ERP and performs Financial Restricted Work Queue (FRWQ) management and maintenance.
You will research, evaluate, and provide support to correct problems and analyze patterns in customer support requirements for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP).
You will provide user management/role management and training support for ERP.
You will provide IT/Business analysis support on a functional team in the Systems Support Business Office.
You will communicate information up and down the leadership chain in support of assigned tasks, recommendations and milestones.
You will analyze, extract, summarize, and identify business trends and issues.
You will be responsible for working in conjunction with business analysts and technical teams in the implementation, use and sustainment of the data analytics within Navy ERP and with outside software.

Qualifications
GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Supply Systems Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, or techniques of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; 2) Applying system analysis concepts and techniques to evaluate deficiencies and provide recommendations for resolution/enhancements; 3) Utilizing business management policies, concepts and practices to develop recommendations for improvements to an ERP system; 4) Analyzing and summarizing significant data issues/trends and communicating that information to upper management; 5) Developing and providing training to the end users on processes; and 6) Collaborating with functional experts to resolve end user and customer service issues and problems.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Supply Systems Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, or techniques of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; 2) Applying system analysis concepts and techniques to provide suggestions for resolution/enhancements; 3) Utilizing business management policies, concepts and practices to identify potential improvements to an ERP system; 4) Analyzing and summarizing significant data issues/trends; and 5) Collaborating with functional experts to resolve end user and customer service issues and problems.
