You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (INFORMATION MANAGEMENT) in the Curricula Data Management Branch (N73) of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will manage and lead the NETC N7 Training and Development Information Management (IM) business processes.
You will perform oversight and coordinate rules and procedures to ensure the quality and integrity of information managed by N7 on the system platforms such as (My Navy Portal, iNavy SharePoint, Intelink/Intel-Share SIPR and their successors).
You will coordinate access requirements for the Training and Development end user base which includes content developers, enlisted, officer, contractor and civilian personnel.
You will create IM solutions within the NETC training community and the Fleet by coordinating and adhering to implementation requirements associated with IM Platforms.
You will perform statistical and evaluative analysis to determine the effectiveness, efficiency, reliability and utilization of current system platforms.
You will create IM products and solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft Power Platforms

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Integrating business processes and work flows with information management tools and software within SharePoint; 2) Using knowledge of content management and workflow end to end process development; 3) Designing sites, establishing metadata taxonomy, managing site permissions, adding users, controlling access and/or data migration concepts and techniques in SharePoint; 4) Training others on information management system capabilities and use; 5) Presenting briefings in O6/GS15 level forums; 6) Working as part of a team and/or independently dealing with rapid changes and little supervision. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily sedentary, such as sitting at a desk working at a desktop computer. There is occasional walking, standing, bending, and carrying lightweight items. The incumbent can expect to make many trips to NETC HQs, Learning Centers/Learning sites, and to various conference locations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work is typically performed in an adequately heated and ventilated, and well-lighted office setting, or in conferences, briefing sessions or meetings. Incumbent must obey all applicable safety instructions and observe all prescribed safety measures and precautions while visiting or working at sites deemed high risk or hazardous.
The work will require travel by commercial or military air and ground transportation to various sites for meetings, conferences, or site visits.
