About the Position: Serves as a Budget Analyst of the Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) Group. Performs all aspects of the planning, analysis, formulation, justification, presentation, execution and review of assigned portions of the Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) budgets.

Duties

Assist in developing, recommending and implementing budget policies for logistical support mission of wholesale logistics base of the Army. Participate in the Review/analyze audit trails of business area expenses related to the year of execution. Assists in all aspects of the planning, analysis, formulation, justification, presentation, execution and review of assigned portions of AWCF budgets. Develop and provide program and budget guidance to AMC commands/activities for the two ensuing budget years consistent with the AMC budget and known non-AMC customer and provider program changes. Utilize financial systems to extract data to assist with financial reconciliations.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• TDY travel is occasionally required.
• A one year probation perioid may ne required.
• A Certification Level 2: THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 will need to be obatained. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
• A Secret clearance will be required.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
