You will serve as a TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the Facility and Infrastructure Management Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will project future training requirements and associated training costs for budgetary purposes.
You will present training and associated budget requirements to department/division leadership for funding resolution.
You will analyze employee input for career growth paths relative to training courses.
You will grade specific training curriculum for all employees in the department and/or assigned division.
You will research and identify appropriate sources for training and update department/division training catalog(s) as needed.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR THE GS-12 LEVEL
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Creating, developing, and managing short and long-range comprehensive training plans and training schedules for a group of engineers and engineering technicians; 2) Managing department and division processes and adjusting training plans accordingly based on new or modified processes; 3) Providing training to assigned personnel as applicable; 4) Planning, managing, requesting, scheduling, conducting, monitoring, and evaluating training programs and classes for assigned personnel.
FOR THE GS-11 LEVEL
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9
Assisting in creating, developing, and managing short and long-range comprehensive training plans and training schedules for a group of engineers and engineering technicians; 2) Adjusting training plans accordingly based on new or modified processes; 3) Providing training to assigned personnel as applicable; 4) Assisting in planning, managing, requesting, scheduling, conducting, monitoring, and evaluating training programs and classes for assigned personnel.

Education
