You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Quality Assurance Office of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will conduct analyses of all Code 130 Quality Assurance WARRs to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
You will prepare reports and manning templates to document organizational manning and structure information.
You will conduct special studies, reviews and reports as required for the Department Head.
You will analyze past data to formulate requirement of levels of manning for all types of tasks such as overhauls, ship recycles, selected restricted availabilities, etc.
You will compile reports necessary for budget proposals, labor budget information and phasing for all division management teams.
Requirements

Qualifications
For the GS-12 Position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing project or program data to identify trends and develop process improvements for project and quality performance requirements.
For the GS-11 Position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies and analyzing data to support project workload, workforce or budget requirements for process improvements.
