You will serve as SUPERVISORY DATA HUB & SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR in PW4 (Data Hub & Systems Management) NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will be responsible for the leadership and overall program management of Navy Real Property, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) within the GeoReadiness Center (GRC),
...continued - and the Shore Facilities Planning System (SFPS) within the geographic Area of Operations at NAVFAC Northwest.
You will be responsible for the leadership/overall supervision/management of a team consisting of facilities planners, developmental planners, GIS professionals, Real Property Officers (RPO) and Real Property Accountability Officers (RPAO).
You will determine, monitor expenditures, and recommend whether resources need to be adjusted or reallocated among programs, functions or organizational units.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using an authoritative real property record system, such as the internet Navy Facilities Assets Data Store (iNFADS), to update real property records and maintain an accurate real property inventory; 2) Using a Geospatial/Geographic Information System (GIS) to update and analyze data elements; and 3) Coordinating the work products of employees who perform Real Property Management and/or GIS functions.
