You will serve as a Management Support Specialist in the Systems Directorate, Code 550200 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.
Duties
You will perform ongoing analysis of the financial plan and program performance.
You will prepare, formulate, and revise the division's production budget.
You will research, analyze, compile and summarize data.
You will provide cost estimates and justification.
You will review, distribute, and maintain files on budget. financial, and accounting reports.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience at or equivalent to the NO-01 pay band or GS-01/04 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Plan and organize work; and 3) Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Bachelor's Degree
OR
4 full years of post-high school education leading to a Bachelor's degree
OR
Combination of education and experience totaling 100% of the general experience
