You will serve as a Program Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will oversee and manage the contractor support personnel in the development and sustainment of all standardized core functional materials
You will serve as technical liaison between the contractor and the Principle Control Activity (PCA) ensuring satisfactory performance and timely delivery of products and/or services.
You will provide analysis and reports with recommendations for improvements to higher levels on the status of the command core functional area across various teams.
You will determine the application of policies and the impact on workload and manpower requirements, material, budget, other factors and relays the information to the contractor support for development of standardized training materials.
You will develop measures of effectiveness for use across teams and develop such measures for use within specific teams.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience with the substantive nature of agency programs and activities; agency missions, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include:
1) Planning, budgeting and coordination efforts to meet program objectives and achieve program cost, schedule and performance goals;
2) Providing expert guidance and making recommendations to higher level management, team leads, and team members concerning the identification and resolutions of a wide variety of critical and or difficult work issues within the commands functional areas.
3) Understanding of contract clauses based on laws, policy, and procedures while providing technical direction and clarification to contract specifications included in the statement of work.
4) Developing, recommending, and directing the preparation of policies, milestones, and operating procedures and methods for use across teams within command core functional areas.
