About the Position: This is a Permanent position located with The Army University, Learning Systems Directorate, Policy and Governance Division, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
Duties
As a Training and Education Analyst, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list:
Plan, develop, coordinate, analyze, and evaluate a variety of collective and individual operational and/or institutional learning products.
Formulate, influence, review, and oversee the development of learning products.
Participate in progress reviews to assure compliance with policies, directives, and effectiveness of services provided.
Participate in government quality assurance program to insure technical adequacy of learning products.
Create and provide guidance for future Army-wide training and education strategies and programs.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
NOTE: Applicants must meet all Time-in-Grade requirements and experience requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. Current employees applying under VEOA are subject to time-in-grade restrictions like any other GS employee.
