About the Position: This position serves as a Supervisory Combined Arms Integration Analyst within the Combined Arms Center (CAC), Fielded Force Integration Directorate (FFID), Fort Leavenworth, KS.
Duties
As a Supervisory Combined Arms Integration Analyst, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list:
Oversees and manages military officers and civilians performing synchronization of war fighting functions at the Centers of Excellence (CoE), Branch Schools and Army level for the modernization of the Army’s fielded force (Level II Integration).
Responsible for the oversight, planning and execution of core functional lead responsibilities related to the Army’s fielded force.
Staff and provide input into all Army, TRADOC, and organization’s regulations regarding fielded force integration.
Review and/or analyze problematic or potentially controversial situations affecting fielded force-to-future force integration.
Performs the full range of supervisory duties.
Requirements
- The ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance is required.
- This position is covered by the civilian drug abuse testing program. Condition of employment for certain civilian positions identified as critical under the drug abuse testing program, or a memorandum of understanding (MOU).
- The position requires extensive TDY travel (25%) in the accomplishment of duties and responsibilities.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) identifying and developing solutions for Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) capability and capacity gaps, and 2) evaluating plans based on knowledge of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES), and provide recommendations regarding proposed changes in concepts or shifts of emphasis in programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
