You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.
Duties

You will supervise and manage the day-to-day training requirements and personnel tasked with assessing fleet validated individual training requirements.
You will make recommendations involving restructuring, re-orientating or recasting immediate and long-range goals to meet changes in program authority and/or funding.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing requirements, capabilities, and capacities to ensure adequately resourced for individual skills training (i.e. feasibility study/student input plan); 2) Developing and defending Program Objective Memorandum (POM) initiatives; 3) Planning, programming, monitoring, and executing government funds based on resources and technical requirements; 4) Utilizing knowledge in the principles, practices, and methods of education and training program planning, development, administration, and coordination.
