You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Executive Support Office, Code 1100 of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will conduct research, special studies, and reviews of processes (manual and electronic), program, and project self-assessments throughout the division.
You will perform a range of analytical studies and projects related to document control programs or initiatives.
You will analyze findings from research, audits, inspections, or self-assessments and develop written reports or business recommendations for improvement and implementation plans for new applications or process changes.
You will conduct work measurements (determining resources requirements, streamlining, or developing work measurement standards), methods, and procedures (improving workflow, documenting processes or automating processes).
You will develop, implement, track, and report status on comprehensive plans of action and milestones (POAM) to achieve program or process improvement.

- Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to measure program performance or processes concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
