Primary purpose of this position is to serve as the USCYBERCOM Acquisition Workforce Training Manager, provides analytical/administrative support to the Acquisition Executive to assure appropriate/operationally responsive AWF Program/Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act/DODI 5000.66, educates the Career Development Program in accordance with Force management.

Duties
DUTY 1: Cyber Acquisition Workforce Training Requirements Analysis and Planning Identifies the need for, plans, and conducts broad-based analyses to define, prioritize, and justify the Command's investments in cyber acquisition workforce training requirements and make recommendations for responsive training programs.
DUTY 2: Cyber Capabilities Planning and Management Analyses Applies broad-based functional knowledge of the cyber capabilities planning and management requirements of the DoD cyberspace support community to provide analytical findings and recommendations to support J9 leadership decision making on substantive and highly complex issues, and to manage the Directorate's strategic communications, both within and outside the Command.
DUTY 3: Administrative Management Support Performs information gathering, analysis, planning and assessment tasks to support optimized definition of, as well as timely generation and disposition of functions and tasks that are integral to the J9's effective operations.

- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
- If authorized, PCS will be paid per Air Force Regulations. If receiving an authorized PCS, you may be subject to completing and signing an agreement about requirements.
- This position is subject to provisions of the DoD Priority Placement Program.

- Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Shift work and emergency overtime may be required.

- Must possess or achieve Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in the International Acquisition career field, Level I, within 24 months of assuming this position.
Qualifications
This is a GG-13 position in the Cyber Excepted Service (CES). The GG-13 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: knowledge of the wide range of concepts, principles, and practices relevant to continuing workforce development, as well as the full range of program analyses and administrative management functions essential to the effective operations of a major directorate. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Ability to analyze customer requirements and make use of training standards related to foster workforce development essential to conduct and support military operations.
Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques commonly associated with operational support planning in a military environment.
Ability to combine analytical skills with insights into how program planning and analysis, and knowledge management (KM) functions are integral to cyberspace program operations.
Ability to manage, staff, and coordinate program-related action items.
Ability to identify policy and process directives relevant to program planning and analysis, and KM questions, and to assist others in applying such guidance correctly.
Ability to serve as a project team leader and facilitate collaboration among internal and external project participants.
Skill in oral and written communications to communicate information clearly, concisely and in appropriate formats.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT CONTINUED: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program. Illegal drug use by incumbents in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety. Therefore, incumbent is required to: (a) refrain from the use of illegal drugs, and (b) if requested, submit to urinalysis testing. Incumbent may be selected for random drug testing and may be subject to reasonable suspicion testing and safety mishap or accident testing.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
