You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.

Duties

You will have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Navy ERP System, EProject's. You will have experience in data entry and tracking projects along with milestones and funding expenditures. You will produce internal program financial reports, along with producing external/customer financial reports. You will have the ability to use the Navy’s ERP system to accept, transfer, and track customer funding. You will have the ability to produce program briefings that highlight work and financial progress, ability to verbally present this data if required.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing data from multiple sources; 2) Recommending changes to current manpower and workload trends to improve efficiency; 3) Conducting studies to determine the effectiveness of current processes; and 4) Producing reports that detail the results of analytical studies.
