You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the LOGISTICS DIVISION of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will establish metric and analysis systems to assess efficiency, effectiveness, or compliance with procedures for organizational programs.
You will operate software systems (e.g., Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Project, SharePoint) to prepare reports.
You will collect, compile, or organize data for review by others.
You will conduct briefings to recommend improvement of program operations or objectives.
You will analyze deficiencies to develop resolutions to problems.
You will write reports to provide status updates.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Displaying a keen understanding of government purchase card processes and procedures, purchasing and acquisition concepts, as well as Department of the Navy (DoN) hierarchy and structure; 2) Communicating effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders of all levels; 3) Utilizing automated software applications, such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite; and 4) Managing programs with multiple areas and covering a large amount of personnel and purchasing actions.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or
- Two (2) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or
- LL.B. or J.D., if related
