About the Position: Serve as a senior Program Analyst in the Programs Management Branch, Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD) responsible for reviewing, analyzing and evaluating program trends and accomplishments and evaluating the effectiveness of current and projected programs.
Duties
Responsible for a variety of special studies, reports and schedules related to financial management, program cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning, and development of annual work plans.
Provide advice and guidance to management, Program and Project Managers and subordinate Program Analysts in the interpretation and application of procedural guides and policy directives.
Interpret program and budget directives, formulates instructions, and ascertains that district operating elements understand the directives.
Prepare, analyze, and submit narrative and statistical documents and prepare exhibits and related background information required.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Temporary duty (TDY) travel is approximately 25%.
