You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the INSTALLATIONS AND LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.
Duties
You will be responsible for programming and budget preparation and submission activities.
You will solve complex problems and recommend solutions that arise in the prioritization, integration, programming and budgeting stages.
You will provide MILCON Congressional support through the preparation of background information papers and financial exhibits for use by senior leadership for Congressional testimony purposes and utilization for engagement with members and staffers.
You will integrate and coordinate funding for the collateral equipment, other equipment, telecommunications equipment and automated data processing equipment that support the outfitting of MILCON funded projects.
You will review annual MILCON appropriations and Defense Authorization bills and reports.
You will be responsible for coordinating the development of the Military Construction (MILCON) program budget and integration with Department of Navy and Department of Defense Planning, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES).
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Supporting activities related to Military Construction (MILCON) and/or Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) programs; 2. Performing program analysis and systems analysis techniques during the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process; 3. Providing MILCON and FSRM Congressional support; 4. Solving complex problems and recommend solutions that arise in the prioritization, integration, programming, and budgeting of facilities matters.
