Duties
You will serve as the lead for staff integration across the TSC.
You will assess availability of resources to complete projects with cross-functional lines.
You will determine possibility of cross-functionality in programs and activities for improved Center-wide unity of effort.
You will ensure TSC cross-functional/Integrated Planning Team methods are conducted for all major tasks.
You will lead TSC Deputies Working Group (DDWG), the Center’s cross-center staff planning team.
You will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of administrative laws, policies, regulations, as well as agency program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key program events and milestones.
You will participate in all Integrated Planning Teams (IPTs) and attend all Integrated Planning Review (IPRs) for the Center’s major programs, activities and events, for the purpose of identifying areas of potential cross-divisional coordination.
You will assess the Center’s developmental roadmap, biennial plan and its components, the TSC long range calendar, comprehensive task list and other administrative documents, to achieve Center-wide cross -functionality.
You will assess integration of programs, activities and events amount/between divisions, as well as whole of Center efforts in the areas of planning and execution of TSC programs, activities and events, where appropriate.
You will coordinate comprehensively with TSC permanent, adjunct and visiting staff, other DoD and government organizations, and external entities, including academic, industry, interagency and international organizations.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the AD-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as a staff coordinator across multiple divisions, providing assistance, support, and coordination in the execution of all matters pertaining to an organization's staff and associated processes.
