You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the PROGRAM SUPPORT DIVISION, RANGE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV, located in Corona, CA.

Duties

You will provide critical and continuous data to the Division Head on mission execution, financial health, and business line status for the division. You will serve as a bridge between the Division Head and Branches, and ensure alignment with the Command strategic direction. You will set performance expectations for Branch Heads and other divisional staff personnel. You will strive to achieve quality products and services and be committed to continuous improvement. You will work with the Division Head, Department Head, and other pillar leads to enable the division to provide deliverables that enable test and training mission support throughout the Department of Defense. You will lead and manage a technical team responsible for sound business processes including budgets/execution, systems engineering and sustainment, range information and data management, and information assurance. You will provide metrics and data to the Division Head and Department Head to address data calls, and provide insight to the financial and operational health of the division. You will operate as a lead resource for a division project management office.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing or leading teams responsible for providing sound business processes and managing resources for a systems engineering and sustainment program.
