You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the TEST & EVALUATION Management of Programs of Programs and Operations (tempo) Division of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
Duties
You will ensure maintainability, readiness, supportability, and affordability through a series of Supportability Analysis.
You will establish processes and guidelines that ensure that the supportability analyses performed are logical, analytical, repeatable and auditable, and result in successful identification of maintenance requirements and support alternatives.
You will act as the ITT Supportability Tester and as a member of the ITT is responsible to the Lead Test Engineer (LTE) for the planning, execution and reporting of STE of the product support package during Integrated Test.
You will develop, implement, and sustain maintenance and supply support solutions that are integrated and optimized in support of the Fleet and development of efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems.
You will develop supportability test and evaluation (T/E) test program, participate in formal and informal T/E activities, and provide feedback regarding supportability risk to Program Offices and assigned in-service support organizations

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Mastery of advanced theory, concepts, principles, and practices of all aspects of the broad field of logistics management to serve as an expert in the full range of weapons system integrated product support and to take concluding action within any area of logistics for the assigned weapon system; 2) Thorough knowledge of related engineering principles; reliability and maintainability; test & evaluation; technical data; safety; configuration management; maintenance planning and management policies; integrated product support (IPS) concept, supportability analysis, characteristics of numerous systems and equipment and their attendant logistics requirements; the DoD acquisition process; performance based logistics (PBL); service headquarters, fleet and field activity organizations and their interrelationships; 3) Mastery of advanced theory, concepts, principles, and practices of systems engineering, system life-cycle phases, and the documentation, analyses, and reviews associated with those phases; 4) Knowledge to know when and how to recommend waivers to established policy; 5) Work effectively with all levels of management and peers requiring leadershipskills as well as tact and ability to exercise judgment in sensitive situations and personal relationships; 6) Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and create oral presentations and author written reports and other documentation as required.
