The position is telework eligible consistent with the Agency’s telework and remote work program policy.This position is with the Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development, Budget Service, Budget Policy and Coordination Division (BPCD). The division of BPCD is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative and analytical duties connected with the budget's review, justification, and presentation.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-15, if you possess the specialize experience.Specialized Experience for the GS-15
One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-14 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
Experience drafting, and reviewing policies, instructions, and guidance for budget formulation and presentation to transmit information to the appropriate department staff.
Experience providing technical assistance on appropriations and budget-related matters to Congressional Committee staff members, Office of Management and Budget, and executive-level staff within the department.
Experience maintaining a budget data-management system to prepare department budget reports, including all-purpose tables, history tables, state tables, and analyses.

The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). 1. Knowledge of the budget process, including writing of budget instructions, providing technical assistance on budget process, and producing final budget materials. 2. Knowledge of Congressional budget and appropriations process, including working effectively with Congress and Office of Management and Budget. 3. Ability to effectively manage people and multiple complex tasks.
