You will serve as a FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGER in the PUBLIC WORKS (PW) of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will use data processing software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar software) to create reports.
You will monitor plans and specifications to ensure contractor compliance.
You will consult with personnel to obtain or exchange information to accomplish work-related activities.
You will serve as a liaison to resolve project schedule conflicts and delays.
You will prepare reports or written assessments to provide project objectives, requirements, scope, or status updates.
You will work with customers to determine their needs and prepare contractual Performance Work Statements for facility, base support, and service contracts.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing technical products such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statement of Works (SOW), Performance Assessment Plans (PAP), and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M); 2) Formulating project teams while cultivating cordial work relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of goals and objectives; 3) Conducting project reviews to evaluate progress and ensuring project schedules are met; and 4) Utilizing automated software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite to create documents and reports.
