About the Position: Plans, directs, and oversee the forms and publications program to ensure design procurement and storage of forms and publications used by the U.S. Army Garrison Alaska (USAG Alaska) and tenant activities (Fort Wainwright, Fort Greely, and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson).
Duties
Receive and review all correspondence, reports requirements, and submissions for completeness, propriety, adequacy of information or data, and compliance with reporting requirements.
Study reporting directives, determine necessary action, and prepare additional guidance for preparation as necessary.
Collect data from program files, suggests changes and makes recommendations to the analysts.
Prepare narrative reports and organization charts with recommendations for supervisor's review.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 70 pounds.
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid state driver's license.
