Duties
You will formulate budget policy or operating procedures to be employed throughout subordinate organizations.
You will operate software systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Project, SharePoint) to prepare reports.
You will brief program cost analysis information, status, or changes at staff meetings.
You will prepare budgetary documentation or reports based on program analysis.
You will analyze costs, schedules, and performance to develop a baseline for managing programs throughout their life-cycle
You will advise an organization on cost review analysis, studies, and projects.
You will recommend efforts to improve the cost performance of projects and programs.
Requirements

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector; 1) Demonstrates knowledge and Experience in the management and use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to include CFMS; 2) Identifies trends in performance and provides business support and consulting services to components in the area of continuous process improvement.; 3) Analyzes complex computer systems and workflow systems to reduce redundancy, minimize replication of data, and increase efficiency of workflow practices.; 4) Exercises programmatic oversight for the commands enterprise BSVE Management System; 5) Develops policy guidance for all programs and procedures that apply to management and operation of the CMMS.; 6) Evaluates program funding plans and their execution, identifying actual or potential problem areas.
