The FBI Cyber Division (CyD), Cyber Technical Analytics and Operations Section (CTAOS) Cyber Infrastructure Services Unit (CISU) is located in Chantilly, Virginia. CISU provides the secure and transformation delivery of services to CyD and our partners by building and continuously improving highly reliable, value driven centralized infrastructure and backbone services.
Duties
Performs needs analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions.
Provide ongoing optimization and problem-solving support.
Provide recommendations for possible improvements and upgrades.
Act as a primary stakeholder in the underlying information technology (IT) operational processes and functions that support the service, provide direction and monitor all significant activities for successful delivery.
Coordinate and manage the overall service provided to a customer end-to-end.
Gather feedback on customer satisfaction and internal service performance to foster continual improvement.
Work with other service managers and product owners to balance and prioritize services to meet overall customer needs.

Specialized Experience (SE):
GS-9: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 ?grade level. SE is defined as follows:
Experience in Information Technology documentation procedures, standards data elements, utility routines, decision logic tables, analysis and design methodologies.
Experience in Information Technology systems development, life cycles (i.e., systems documentation design development, and ?configuration management, automated and manual information processing systems.
Experience in oral and written communication skills to provide guidance and to obtain support required to carry out Information Technology projects, goals, and initiatives.

Experience with Information Technology system development and life cycles.
Education
All degrees must be from an accredited college or university. Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:
GS-9: Applicant must have a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
