The FBI Cyber Division (CyD), Cyber Technical Analytics and Operations Section (CTAOS), Cyber Infrastructure Services Unit (CISU) located in Chantilly, Virginia. CISU provides the secure and transformation delivery of services to CyD and our partners by building and continuously improving highly reliable, value driven centralized infrastructure and backbone services.
Duties
Oversees broad data administration and program management responsibilities for data inventory, management and data governance to include, identifying programmatic change and data needs, and seeking solutions and guidance, and implementing/track ROI and impacts by decisions.
Serves as key advisor to management, product manager, and act as a liaison between the Unit, division management, OGAs and private sector.
Develops, drafts and maintains the Data Program Management Guide, as well as policies and procedures.
Analyzes and plans for anticipated changes in data capacity requirements; develops and facilitates data-gathering methods to collect metrics and trending data.
Manage the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data.
Provides a managed flow of relevant information (via web-based portals or other means) based on mission requirements and develops data standards, policies, and procedures.
Conduct hypothesis testing using statistical processes; assess the validity of source data and subsequent findings.
Qualifications
GS-13: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. SE is defined as follows:
Experience formulating plans, policies, procedures while establishing and maintaining communications, change management, inventory, data management, governance, metrics, and logistics.
Experience integrating and evaluating policy and program changes as it relates to data inventory, management, and logistics.
Experience presenting technical information to technical and nontechnical audiences to management.
Experience providing actionable recommendations to critical stakeholders based on data analysis and findings.
