You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Future Operations Branch, Ground Combat and Futures Section of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will demonstrate analytical abilities at the theoretical and practical levels.
You will demonstrate application of qualitative and/or quantitative methods of analysis, problem identification, and development of effective improvements and/or solutions to complex C2 and OIE processes and systems.
You will provide critical thinking skills in order to identify problems and develop innovative solutions.
You will plan, organize, and direct integrated product teams (at Col/LtCol/GS15/GS14 level) in the analysis and development of recommendations for senior leadership.
You will brief high ranking officials to report on inspection findings and recommendations.
You will resolve complex issues involving Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems, Operations in the Information Environment, and other Service Command and Control and Fires systems.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide oversight on critical, qualitative, analytical, and systems support for the C2, C4, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Operations in the Information Environment, functions and capabilities; evaluate administrative aspects of mission oriented programs; plan, organize, and direct integrated product teams; present advise and recommendations on program issues; provide effective and concise written and oral communication to a diverse audience.
