You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst (Data Analytics) in the Human Capital Management Group, as the Head for Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Duties

You will coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure information used is in compliance with the regulatory and security policies in place. You will provide data analytics, strategic information and technical assistance for workforce monitoring and accountability to improve command programs. You will communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) about data and data analysis to a wide range of audiences, including those who have limited experience working with data. Prepare results of studies and data analysis in the form of dashboards, written reports, graphs, charts, tables, or other summaries for appropriate audiences for consultations and to identify improvements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9/12 grade level or pay band (NM-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Demonstrating working knowledge of innovative business intelligence, statistical graphics and diagrams, plots, information graphics, quantitative data, and information to design, prepare, test, validate and deliver data visualization solutions; 2) Preparing results of studies and data analysis in the form of dashboards, written reports, graphs, charts, tables, or other summaries for appropriate audiences for consultations and to identify improvements; and 3) Demonstrating working knowledge of human capital management (HCM) data analytics products and services to reduce duplication of efforts in an efficient manner across the command, with emphasis on improving the overall workforce data posture to suit the needs of the command.
