You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of CENSEABEESFACENG.
Duties
You will review study results to correct trends in operations (e.g., performance, production, quality, resource allocation).
You will plan resource requirements to allocate resources for support services programs.
You will analyze training requirements to develop budgetary and training program metrics for future year requirements and aid department managers in workforce development decisions.
You will draft written responses to requests for information.
You will develop methods to accommodate research efforts for new and changing recruiting programs and requirements.
You will compile information needed to complete reports recommending improvements to program operations.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating with personnel and organizations on Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions and issues; 2) Briefing leadership on programming training resources including manpower, equipment and facilities; 3) Utilizing spreadsheets extensively to develop advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts that support the validation of program budgets, and word processing to develop briefs and issue papers; and 4) Evaluating POM submissions to ensure training requirements are reflected.
