You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Fleet Readiness Center East of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will assist in the performance of functions such as: formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; review and evaluate budget requests, control and report of obligations and expenditures.
You will perform studies or assist others with full scale studies.
You will provide information about, and interpret standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures, practices, and regulations.
You will perform specialized work involving managerial or administrative work in connection with accounting systems.
You will perform a variety of other fiscal, accounting, or financial managerial duties and responsibilities may also be performed by incumbents of this position.
You will perform development, determination, and interpretation of budgetary policies and practices.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1.) Assisting in the performance of functions such as: formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; review and evaluate requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures. 2.) Providing information about, and interpreting standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures, practices, and regulations. 3.) Researching guides to locate accounting, budgetary and financial information and preparing summaries for use by managers. 4.) Doing a variety of fiscal, accounting, or financial management duties and responsibilities.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
1 full year of graduate level education
or
a Bchelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
