Duties
Serve as liaison with the Administrative and Customer Service Division (ACSD) on matters related to parking and enter various types of service request through remedy.
Receive and assist customers and staff directing them to appropriate staff member and answer telephone inquiries directing callers to the appropriate analyst.
Serve as timekeeper ensuring time and attendance (TA) records and accurately keyed, validated and certified each pay period in the GovTA System and assists higher-level staff with auditing the payroll records of staff located within the division.
Provides administrative support and guidance to organization.
Conducts payroll audits on the TAs assigned and notify staff if changes or corrections are needed.
Assist Program Analyst with the bi-weekly payroll audits and maintain the TA folders ensuring supporting documentation is filed each pay period, if applicable.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience: For the GS-09, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: analyzing data to improve the efficiency of the program and recommend solutions; developing reports on technical/ administrative functions; planning and scheduling meetings/conferences; providing information, communication, and liaison services; providing support for travel, time and attendance, no cost training nominations; assist in preparing materials to be distributed during meetings and takes notes to assure follow-up actions are taken to commitments arising from meetings and completes meetings summarization reports. The incumbent will serve as the CFC keyworker, CBS coordinator, performing and assisting with payroll audits and making corrections and perform other duties as assigned.

Education: If you are substituting education for specialized experience, you must meet the following requirement.
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
