Duties

Serves as real estate, real property, and space planning subject matter expert (SME) for an IMCOM Directorate-Pacific supporting an Army Command. Develops standards for real estate, real property and space planning functions across all IMCOM Directorate-Pacific covered Army installations. Establishes both current and long-term objectives by organizing and managing all functional areas and associated resources related to mission accomplishment. Reviews realty and space utilization accomplishments of garrisons for technical adequacy, consistency, and compliance with policies, procedures, directives.

• Must be able to perform up to 10% of temporary duty (TDY) travel.
