Duties
Conducts day-to-day management and oversight of established training program portfolios.
Manages programs for complex and highly technical instruction in classified and unclassified environment.
Interprets and evaluates regulatory and policy guidance and incorporates changes into program planning and execution.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent must obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- TDY 15% of the time.
- A one year probation period may be required.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Planning, coordinating, consolidating, evaluating and managing program execution 2) Monitoring strategic and organizational strategies, force requirements, capability gaps, and command guidance two levels up to identify points of intersection with Group mission 3) Analyzes internal and external data to identify and mitigate or explain established timeline deviations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
