You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PRODUCTION TRAINING DIVISION of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will ensure all training conducted and executed by Production Training is in strict compliance with established NAVSEA 08 and local directives and requirements.
You will analyze nuclear and non-nuclear deficiency reports and audits to identify training program deficiencies or trends that may require a change in the program.
You will evaluate employee performance, make recommendations for selection to fill vacant positions, recommend disciplinary and commendatory actions, initiate personnel actions, and perform other duties reflective of a supervisory position.
You will assure all employees receive equal consideration in determining qualifications, selections, training, details, promotions, discipline, and awards of employees.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning and conducting analyses of nuclear and non-nuclear training program operations to identify deficiencies and ensure all training is compliant with corporate and local requirements.
