Duties
As a PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Serves as Socium Program Expert, providing leadership, expertise, and advice on management, development, and planning of the G-TSCMIS and Socium program.
Manage G-TSCMIS and Socium activities including system integration with security cooperation (SC) processes for all Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Services, and Agencies.
Gather, document, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive set of SC data system user requirements for G-TSCMIS and Socium.
Identify stakeholders and convene teams, including cross-functional representatives and SME across the SC community.
Provide recommendations to supervisor that address complex problems, and issues that cross organizational boundaries and impact key performance within the DoD related to data system requirements.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
Serving as a program manager, providing leadership, expertise, and advice on management, development, and planning of various systems in accordance with security cooperation (SC) processes to ensure program efforts are synchronized and program milestones are met, and expert program management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute major studies/analyses.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
