You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST within CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.
Duties
You will research, develop, prepare, and edit articles, speeches, position papers, briefings, and other materials for the enterprise use, designed to reach specific audiences.
You will lead change management efforts in support of internal innovation and knowledge management programs. This program will have trainings, curriculum and support of senior leadership and change champions.
You will develop and implement a communications plan to inform stakeholders and the workforce about the Knowledge Management Program.
You will provide guidance and assistance developing organizational KM plans at all levels of the command and determine how KM best practices can support each level of the enterprise.
You will attend seminars, briefings, and formal training in order to maintain and perpetually improve upon the technical and interpersonal skills required of the position.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Monitoring/measuring project management efforts at all levels via surveys and focus groups, analyzing data and providing recommended actions and solutions.
2. Leading cultural and organizational change management activities including communication and coordination with key headquarters and Echelon III personnel.
3. Preparing and presenting effective briefings and presentations to various audiences on a variety of topics throughout the enterprise.
4. Utilizing performance improvement methodologies to work with customers and technical experts, to determine business requirements and document objectives.
5. Possessing strong communication skills and the ability to express themselves in a clear, concise manner, both orally and in writing.
