You will serve as a LEAD LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the COMMANDING OFFICE, FLEET SUPPORT TEAM LEAD, FST LOGISTICS of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. You will serve as the Logistics Product Data (LPD) Lead supporting the E2C2 Fleet Support Team and the Maintenance Planning Team.
Duties
You will be responsible for all LPD/LSA database activities for existing and new assigned Weapon Systems and sub-systems.
You will provide day-to-day full-time administration of the LPD/LSA activities associated with assigned weapon systems and is responsible for cost, schedule and performance of these programs.
You will be responsible for documenting within the LPD, the maintenance concepts established by the maintenance planning and weapon system/sub-system IPTs.
You will manage and execute programs within the common processes and operating practices of the FST, COMFRC, and NAVAIR.
You will track execution of budgets, and expenditures of workhours ensuring consistent application of program requirements across the IPT.
You will assist the FST to ensure effective and efficient planning, integration, and phasing of all efforts.
You will be responsible for enforcing policies, processes and standards pertaining to LPD management.
You will be responsible for other actions, as assigned by Supervisor.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Responsible for Logistics Product Data (LPD)/Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) activities related to Maintenance Planning and Supply Support functions associated with managing aircraft and weapon systems, involving many technical/ program decisions and major Department of Defense (DoD) Service operating forces/components. 2) The incumbent sets priorities, distributes workload and resources, tracks resource execution and evaluates progress and accomplishments of program teams and individuals, providing coordination of personnel resources and consistent application of standard functional processes across the Integrated Program Teams (IPT). 3) Provides day-to-day full time administration of the LPD/LSA activities associated with assigned weapon systems and is responsible for cost, schedule and performance of these programs. 4) Responsible for all LPD/LSA database activities for existing and new assigned Weapon Systems and sub-systems. 5) Responsible for establishing local and IPT wide processes and policies to comply with GEIA-STD-0007 associated with LPD entries, maintaining a contractor LPD baseline and LSA report deliverables.
