Duties
Serves as an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager in the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Program, J62KBA.
Responsible for project management to include the development and implementation of assigned project initiatives within J62KB.
Articulates and provides management of the systems integration of all modernization programs that support DLA EDW transformation and modernization.
Principal advisor to the Program Manager, performing the role of a project manager for the introduction of new technologies/information systems to meet functional requirements of DLA,
(continued) to include determining their relationship/interface with present/future capabilities.
Ensures that the Design, Development and Deployment of projects are on schedule, within cost and obtain performance levels as originated in the planning phases, by the functional and technical communities.
Provides direction and guidance for the acquisition, design, programming, testing, systems integration, product improvement, and fielding of projects within J62KB.
Acts as the Integration and Development Project Manager ensuring that DLA is responsible, accountable, and in compliance with overarching Department of Defense (DOD) directives and guidance.

Qualifications
To qualify for an IT Specialist (PLCYPLN/SYSANALYSIS), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Demonstrate expertise in the functional areas of system architecture, risk management, IT testing, system development, and maintenance.
- Reviews, and analyzes requirements, business process models, data models, functional and operational architectures developed for these projects.
- Performs studies on functional systems and operational architectures documentation that will be interfaced with assigned projects.
- Provides functional and technical project/program advice to the Portfolio Manager.
- Coordinates, monitors, and directs the systems phases: plan and analyze; design, build, and test; deployment and; implementation of the assigned EBS Development project initiative.
- Oversees all category of testing required such as: Environmental Testing, User Testing, and Initial Operation Capability (IOC) to include performance evaluation, and the identification of areas needing correction/improvement.

4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses
sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternative, and to make recommendations.
