Duties
As a PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert liaison within the inter- and intra- agency during the planning and execution process, ensuring that plans are matched to resources.
Researching, planning, developing, coordinating and monitoring the execution of logistics functions, specifically functional areas of logistics, supply, maintenance, transportation and delivery means required items.
Planning and executing mobility and distribution movements of personnel, supplies, and equipment via all modes of transportation using automated information systems for operations assigned to Security Cooperation programs.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
Assisting in developing and implementing executing Security Cooperation (SC) policies, processes, and procedures
Providing integrated solutions (Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Building Partnership Capacity (BPC))
Administering Building Partner Capacity programs regarding military training and exercises
Reviewing financial statements on Building Partnership Capacity programs
Tracking all foreign military sales cases on Building Partner Capacity programs.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
