You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the SPECIALIZED MUNITIONS DIVISION, SPECIAL WARFARE AND EXPEDITIONARY SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.

Duties

You will plan and manage complex technical projects which contribute to the organization's mission, goals, and objectives. You will develop written plans and presentations on program/project status, problems, milestones, etc. You will determine manpower, facilities, equipment and funding requirements for assigned projects using the Enterprise Resources Management (ERP) system and other applicable tools. You will be responsible for contracting actions and for tracking of project schedule and risk. You will manage spending plans in conjunction with Financial Management Control Team personnel.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This is a bargaining unit position.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to theNT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing project resource requirements to develop, plan, and execute project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations.
