Duties
Serves as the primary intermediary between the customers and the development team throughout a projects lifecycle, with focus on the Enterprise Business System (EBS) business problems to be solved and business value to be realized by the project
(continued) to ensure planning, budgeting, and implementation schedules are met.
Responsible for the analysis of various complex Automated Information Systems (AIS).
Evaluates customer desired changes and explores Business Process Reengineering (BPR) opportunities.
As a Scrum Master, the incumbent aligns all requirement requests with the organizations' strategic plan, mission, vision, and values to communicate to the assigned project team and
(continued) supports integration into the EBS strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, products and services.
As the Project Analyst, the incumbent is responsible for the initial review and assessment of the incoming requests.
Assists Project Managers in the selection and integration of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) AIS solutions.
Participates with representatives from DLA, Department of Defense (DoD), and military services in business planning sessions.
Performs a wide range of technical input and oversight tasks.

Qualifications
To qualify for an IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS), your qualifications must include:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in- grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after- competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
-Maintains program and administrative records to include reference materials, project files and relevant background.
-Evaluates system and software requirements against the customer's criteria for feasibility, completeness, and testability.
-Makes recommendations to leadership concerned with revisions of basic policies, plans, procedures, and standards.
For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed:
