You will serve as an IT PROJECT MANAGER (NETWORK) in the ACIO/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION, CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
Duties
You will be responsible for following through to completion all aspects of Command IT related projects to include systems, networks, telecommunications, cable infrastructure and life-cycle development phases.
You will develop and execute project scopes of work, schedules, budgets, manpower, risk management, and quality assurance plans.
You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage IT project cost, performance, and schedule to deliver quality IT solutions within budget and on-time.
You will provide guidance to personnel and contractor teams from across technical, financial, and business disciplines on matters such as systems, network, and telecommunications architecture, integration, requirements identification, and testing.
You will support the Command information management strategy by aligning IT architecture requirements to achieve programmatic and policy goals.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area IT Program Manager level Advanced within 12 months of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing IT project requirements to develop plans and manage the development and delivery of IT systems or networks in accordance with mission objectives.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
