About the Position: Position located at US Army Cadet Command, 2nd Brigade, Fordham University, Bronx, NY.

Duties

Provide sound advice on subjects such as recruiting, retention, and incentives management. Responsible for the development and execution of recruiting plans. Responsible for gathering, identifying and analyzing recruiting program issues ensuring that programs function effectively and effectively make recommendations to correct deficient program issues. Participate in recruiting activities in pre-selected areas in an effort to increase public awareness of the ROTC program.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation.
• Temporary Duty (TDY) may be required up to 30% of the time.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical.
• Must maintain a valid state drivers license.
• May perform additional duties as the Unit Prevention Leader (UPL), which requires travel to conduct testing.
• May be required to complete a 1 year probation period.

Education
