You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the GARRISON MOBILE EQUIPMENTof MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.
Duties
You will serve as the principal advisor on all Garrison Mobile Equipment (GME). programs/project management issues concerning GME matters and their impacts on installation and Tenant Command operations support.
You will provide leadership and guidance for the evaluation, integration, execution and coordination do the GME program.
You will delegate assignments to meet program requirement and provide oversight of assigned personnel.
You will resolve grievance or serious personnel complaints, make decisions on non-routine costly or controversial training needs.
You will focus on managing and directing staff of skilled experts that are specialized in their respective areas or responsibilities.
You will be focal point of contact for procurement of GME, Vehicle Lease program (VLP), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and Fleet Anywhere program.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to theG S-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: in managing, evaluating, and establishing requirements for a federal organization in 1.) GSA Fleet management; 2.) Fleet Management Information System (FMIS); 3.) Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST); 4.) Contracting Officer Technical Representative; 5.) Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), 6.) Commercial Fleet, Non-tactical Vehicle (NTV) or Base Support Vehicles and Equipment (BSVE) management; 7.) Federal civilian and uniformed military personnel management. Additionally, experience in planning, Programming, Budget, Execution and Assessment (PPBEA) process and management; 2.) DoD Service level organization and mission; 3. Service level Headquarters Staff/Action management.
